Oslona zabezpieczajaca do samochodu Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona zabezpieczajaca do samochodu, która jest usytuowana w nadwoziu i stanowi deflektor zanieczyszczen. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, oslona dla samochodu, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów. Wzór oslony dla samochodu uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia oslone w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia oslone w widoku od spodu, fig. 3 jest widokiem oslony od przodu, fig.4 przedstawia oslone w widoku od lewego boku, fig.5 jest widokiem oslony od tylu, fig. 6 przedstawia oslone w widoku od strony prawej, fig.7 -oslone w widoku od góry. Oslona dla samochodu ma w widoku perspektywicznym wydluzony ksztalt zblizony do splaszczonego prostopadloscianu 0 zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach, przy czym sciany dolna 1 górna sa znacznie dluzsze od scian bocznych. Jedna, krótsza sciana boczna ma krawedz bardziej wygieta na zewnatrz. Natomiast w widoku od spodu i od góry oslona ma ksztaltzblizony do wygietej lukowato listwy poszerzonej na jednym koncu. Oslona ma po jednej stronie i wzdluz swojej dlugosci kolnierz, a jej krawedzie wzdluzne i poprzeczne oraz naroza sa zaokraglone. Od strony poszerzonej wzdluzne krawedzie oslony maja wiekszy promien krzywizny, zas krawedzie poprzeczne, na obu koncach listwy, sa proste i zbiezne do srodka wylukowania. W widoku od przodu i od tylu oslona ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, przy czym wzdluzne górne i dolne krawedzi sa znacznie dluzsze niz krawedzie boczne. Dolne naroza sa zaokraglone, zas górna wzdluzna krawedz jest na obu koncach nieznacznie scieta, przy czym na jednym koncu, jest scieta lagodniej. Natomiast w widoku od strony lewego i prawego boku oslona ma ksztalt taki jak w widoku od przodu jedynie krawedz poprzeczna, od strony konca o nieznacznie scietej krawedzi wzdluznej jest równiez nieznacznie wybrzuszona na zewnatrz na calej dlugosci. Compared to similar products of this type, the car cover, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The design for the car cover is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the cover in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the cover in a bottom view, Fig. 3 is a front view of the cover, Fig. 4 shows the cover in a left-side view, Fig. 5 is a rear view of the cover, Fig. 6 shows the cover in a right-side view, and Fig. 7 shows the cover in a top view. In perspective, the car cover has an elongated shape similar to a flattened cuboid with rounded corners and edges, with the lower and upper walls being significantly longer than the side walls. One shorter side wall has an edge that curves more outward. However, in views from below and above, the cover resembles an arched strip widened at one end. The cover has a flange on one side and along its length, and its longitudinal and transverse edges, as well as the corners, are rounded. On the widened side, the longitudinal edges of the cover have a larger radius of curvature, while the transverse edges at both ends of the strip are straight and convergent to the center of the arc. Viewed from the front and rear, the cover is roughly rectangular in shape, with the longitudinal top and bottom edges significantly longer than the lateral edges. The lower corners are rounded, and the upper longitudinal edge is slightly beveled at both ends, with one end being more gently beveled. Viewed from the left and right sides, however, the cover is shaped like the front view, except for the transverse edge. At the end, the longitudinal edge is slightly beveled and also slightly bulges outward along its entire length. The essential features of the cover are that in a perspective view it has an elongated shape similar to a flattened cuboid with rounded corners and edges, wherein the lower and upper walls are significantly longer than the side walls, and one, shorter side wall has an edge more bent outwards, while in the view from below and from above the cover has a shape similar to an arched strip widened at one end, wherein the cover has a collar on one side and along its length, and its longitudinal and transverse edges and corners are rounded, while on the widened side the longitudinal edges of the cover have a larger radius of curvature, while the transverse edges, at both ends of the strip, are straight and convergent to the center of the arch, while in the view from below and from above from the front and back the cover has a shape close to a rectangle, with the longitudinal upper and lower edges being much longer than the side edges, the lower corners being rounded, and the upper longitudinal edge is slightly bevelled at both ends, with one end being bevelled more gently, while in the view from the left and right sides the cover has the same shape as in the front view, only the transverse edge, from the end side with the slightly bevelled longitudinal edge is also slightly bulged outwards along its entire length as shown in the drawing, fig. 1-7.
