Spojler zderzaka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest spojler zderzaka, zwlaszcza samochodu ciezarowego. Spojler zderzaka zostal zakwalifikowany do klasy 12-16. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia spojler zderzaka w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia spojler zderzaka w widoku z dolu, fig. 3 przedstawia spojler zderzaka w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia spojler zderzaka w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 5 przedstawia spojler zderzaka w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 przedstawia spojler zderzaka w widoku z prawego boku, fig. 7 przedstawia spojler zderzaka w widoku z góry. Spojler zderzaka ma ksztalt dlugiej listwy o wygietych lukowo ku tylowi koncach. W górnej czesci, wzdluz calej dlugosci spojler ma ksztaltowy stopien, przy czym dolna czesc stopnia jest wysunieta ku przodowi, zas górna czesc tego stopnia jest cofnieta ku tylowi spojlera. Po bokach stopien ten jest nizszy, natomiast w czesci srodkowej jest wyzszy dlatego tez, w czesci srodkowej, jego dolna scianka jest usytuowana blizej dolnej krawedzi spojlera. Uskok pomiedzy dwoma poziomami tego stopnia jest uksztaltowany przez skosna scianke boczna. Z tylu ksztalt spojlerajest odwzorowaniem widoku z przodu, przy czym dolna czesc stopnia jest cofnieta ku przodowi, zas górna czesc stopnia jest wysunieta ku tylowi. Istotnymi cechami spojlera wedlug wzoru jest to, ze spojler zderzaka ma ksztalt dlugiej listwy o wygietych lukowo ku tylowi koncach, w górnej czesci, wzdluz calej dlugosci spojler ma ksztaltowy stopien, przy czym dolna czesc stopnia jest wysunieta ku przodowi, zas góma czesc tego stopnia jest cofnieta ku tylowi spojlera, po bokach stopien ten jest nizszy, natomiast w czesci srodkowej jest wyzszy dlatego tez jego dolna scianka, w czesci srodkowej, jest usytuowana blizej dolnej krawedzi spojlera, a uskok pomiedzy dwoma poziomami tego stopnia jest uksztaltowany przez skosna scianke, zas z tylu ksztalt spojlera jest odwzorowaniem widoku z przodu, przy czym dolna czesc stopnia jest cofnieta ku przodowi, a góma czesc stopnia jest wysunieta ku tylowi, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1 -7 .Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6Fig. 7 PL PLBumper Spoiler The subject of the industrial design is a bumper spoiler, particularly for a truck. The bumper spoiler has been classified in classes 12-16. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bumper spoiler in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the bumper spoiler from below, Fig. 3 shows the bumper spoiler from the front, Fig. 4 shows the bumper spoiler from the left side, Fig. 5 shows the bumper spoiler from the rear, Fig. 6 shows the bumper spoiler from the right side, Fig. 7 shows the bumper spoiler from above. The bumper spoiler has the shape of a long strip with ends that arc backward. In its upper section, the entire length of the spoiler features a shaped step, with the lower part of the step extending forward and the upper part of the step retracting towards the rear of the spoiler. The step is lower on the sides, while it is higher in the middle section. Therefore, in the middle section, its lower wall is positioned closer to the lower edge of the spoiler. The step between the two levels of this step is formed by a sloping sidewall. At the rear, the spoiler's shape is a reflection of the front view, with the lower part of the step retracting forward and the upper part of the step extending rearward. The essential features of the spoiler according to the model are that the bumper spoiler has the shape of a long strip with ends bent in an arc towards the rear, in the upper part, along the entire length of the spoiler, there is a shaped step, where the lower part of the step is extended towards the front, and the upper part of this step is withdrawn towards the rear of the spoiler, on the sides this step is lower, while in the middle part it is higher, therefore its lower wall, in the middle part, is situated closer to the lower edge of the spoiler, and the step between the two levels of this step is shaped by an oblique wall, while at the rear the shape of the spoiler is a reproduction of the front view, where the lower part of the step is withdrawn towards the front and the upper part of the step is extended towards the rear back, as shown in the attached photographs, fig. 1 -7.
