Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maska samochodowa przeznaczona do montowania w pojazdach. W odniesieniu do zblizonych elementów, maska samochodowa wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w nowym ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym maske samochodowa, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia maske w widoku od góry, fig. 2 - maske w widoku z przodu, fig 3 - widok perspektywiczny maski, fig. 4 - widok perspektywiczny maski w innym rzucie, fig. 5 - widok perspektywiczny maski w widoku od przodu, od góry i na bok, fig. 6 - widok perspektywiczny maski w widoku od tylu, na bok i od góry, fig. 7 - widok perspektywiczny maski na scianke wewnetrzna. Maska samochodowa, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada srodkowa czesc trapezowa, która od dolnej plaszczyzny szyby zmniejsza swoja szerokosc ku przodowi, do szerokosci podstawy trapezowej oslony chlodnicy. Boczne czesci maski, w widoku od góry maja ksztalt wieloboku pieciobocznego. Krawedz górna maski jest wygieta po luku. Na powierzchni wewnetrznej maski umieszczone sa zblizone do prostokatnych wzmocnienia, do których zamocowany jest element zamykajacy. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze posiada srodkowa czesc trapezowa, która od dolnej plaszczyzny szyby zmniejsza swoja szerokosc ku,przpdowi, do szerokosci podstawy trapezowej oslony chlodnicy. Boczne czesci maski, w widoku od góry maja ksztalt wieloboku pieciobocznego. Krawedz górna maski jest wygieta po luku. Compared to similar elements, the car hood according to the design is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in a new shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration of a car hood, in which Fig. 1 shows the hood from above; Fig. 2 shows the hood from the front; Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the hood; Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the hood from another view; Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the hood from the front, top, and side; Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of the hood from the rear, side, and top; Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of the hood on the inner wall. The car hood, according to the industrial design, is characterized by a central trapezoidal section that decreases in width from the lower surface of the windshield forward to the width of the trapezoidal base of the radiator grille. The side sections of the hood, viewed from above, have the shape of a pentagonal polygon. The upper edge of the hood is curved in an arc. Nearly rectangular reinforcements are located on the inner surface of the hood, to which a closing element is attached. The essential features of the industrial design in question are a central trapezoidal section that decreases in width from the lower surface of the windshield forward to the width of the trapezoidal base of the radiator grille. The side sections of the hood, viewed from above, have the shape of a pentagonal polygon. The upper edge of the hood is curved in an arc. On the inner surface of the mask there are rectangular reinforcements to which the closing element is attached, as shown in the attached figures 1-7.
