Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu dolnej oslony wlotu powietrza pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny dolnej oslony wlotu powietrza pojazdu, fig. 2 oslone w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 oslone w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 oslone w widoku z góry, fig. 5 oslone w widoku z dolu, fig. 6 oslone w widoku z prawej strony, fig. 7 oslone w widoku z lewej strony. Dolna oslona wlotu powietrza pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac profilowanej plyty, która w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt trapezu, natomiast w polu sciany przedniej plyty widoczne sa podluzne wytloczenia. Wytloczenie w górnej czesci plyty tworzy odsadzenie z malymi kolistymi otworami znajdujacymi sie przy krawedziach scian bocznych plyty, natomiast wytloczenie w dolnej czesci plyty tworzy niewielkie odsadzenie z malymi2 kolistymi otworami rozmieszczonymi symetrycznie wzdluz dolnej krawedzi plyty. W widoku z góry i z dolu oslona ma ksztalt listwy o zarysie lukowatym. W widoku z prawej i lewej strony górna i dolna krawedz oslony sa lukowato wygiete, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig. 1 do fig. 7.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 6 Fig. 7 PLD3159/JPL Vehicle Lower Air Intake Cover The subject of the industrial design is a vehicle lower air intake cover. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape features of the vehicle lower air intake cover. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the vehicle lower air intake cover, Fig. 2 shows the cover in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the cover in a rear view, Fig. 4 shows the cover in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the cover in a bottom view, Fig. 6 shows the cover in a right-side view, Fig. 7 shows the cover in a left-side view. The lower air intake cover of a vehicle, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: it is in the form of a profiled plate, which in a front view has a trapezoidal shape, while longitudinal embossing is visible in the area of the front wall of the plate. The embossing in the upper part of the plate forms an offset with small circular holes located at the edges of the side walls of the plate, while the embossing in the lower part of the plate forms a small offset with two small circular holes arranged symmetrically along the lower edge of the plate. In top and bottom views, the cover has the shape of a strip with an arcuate outline.
