Abstract

The present utility model relates to a process of producing sea food treated with vinegar and garlic and a product produced therefrom that could be useful in addressing vitamins and minerals deficiencies leading to health maladies, ailments or health problems. The process of producing sea food treated with vinegar and garlic comprises the steps of: a. collecting slipmouth fish in a containing means; b. washing and cleaning the fish after splitting to remove gills and internal organs; c. soaking the cleaned fish in brine solution; d. soaking the brine-treated fish in vinegar; e. draining the vinegar-treated fish; f. soaking the drained fish in garlic concentrate; g. drying the garlic-treated fish; and h. frying the dried fish.
