Abstract

Metodo para la produccion de productos planos de metal, en particular bobinas de tiras, en modo sin fin y/o semi-sin fin, en el cual un producto de metal se alimenta de forma continua a un tren de laminacion que consta de al menos 4 soportes, en los que los soportes de laminacion son, en secuencia, soportes de desbaste (18a, 18b, 18c) y soportes de acabado (21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e), en los que se proporciona para realizar un cambio de espesor al vuelo, especificamente un cambio del grosor sin interrumpir el proceso de laminacion, del producto de metal que sale del tren de laminacion. Al menos la velocidad de rotacion de los rodillos del primer soporte (18a) del tren de laminacion y su espacio no se modifican durante el cambio de espesor al vuelo de la tira. La transicion del grosor actual al grosor posterior se produce mediante la aplicacion de una nueva configuracion de parametros, por ejemplo, el espacio entre los rodillos, la velocidad de los rodillos y la tension entre los soportes, a todos los soportes de laminacion involucrados en el cambio de espesor del vuelo. El numero de soportes involucrados en el cambio de espesor al vuelo, comenzando desde el ultimo soporte (21e) de los soportes de acabado, se obtiene teniendo en cuenta la distribucion de la fuerza de laminacion de cada soporte, de modo que la nueva distribucion de fuerzas debido al cambio de grosor no hace que el valor de la fuerza de laminacion de ningun soporte salga de un intervalo de tolerancia aceptable.
