Abstract

La presente descripcion se refiere a compuestos que se enlazan a enzimas que contienen flavina e inhiben la funcion mitocondrial, referidos en este documento como mitoflavoscinas. Se describen metodos para examinar compuestos por la inhibicion mitocondrial y propiedades anticancerosas. Tambien se describen metodos para usar mitoflavoscinas para prevenir o tratar el cancer, infecciones bacterianas y levadura patogena, asi como tambien metodos para usar mitoflavoscinas para proporcionar beneficios anti-envejecimiento. Tambien se dan a conocer compuestos especificos de mitoflavoscina
