Abstract

Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et L-lysin-fortilskudd med en endelig L-lysinrenhet innen området teoretisk mellom ca. 35% og 80%, målt som prosent fri base per kg, og mer foretrukket mellom ca. 50% og 80% L-lysin. Fremgangsmåten omfatter tilsetning av et materiale som inneholder L-lysin til en L- lysin-fermenteringsbuljong eller en andel av en L-lysin-fermenteringsbuljong. Det tilsatte materialet utgjør en mengde som gir et endelig L-lysin-fortilskudd med en L- lysinrenhet innen området teoretisk mellom ca. 35% og 80%, målt som prosent fri base per kg, og mer foretrukket mellom ca. 50% og 80% L-lysin. Andelen av L-lysin- fermenteringsbuljongen oppnås etter en hvilken som helst egnet separeringsmetode, slik som ultrafiltrering eller sentrifugering.
