Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for konservering og innpakking, særlig for matvarer, i en forseglet og transportabel beholder som kan bli holdt på romtemperatur eller en styrt temperatur, hvor alle vitaminer, sporelementer, mineralsalter og enzymer som er inneholdt i matvarene før disses varmebehandling, beholdes. Beholderens (10) innervolum evakueres delvis før beholderen forsegles, slik at det partielle vakuum senker koke- og/eller smeltepunktet for matvarene under oppvarmingsfasen av varmebehandlingen. Et halvstivt eller fleksibelt materiale blir benyttet for beholderen, idet det luftvolum som er gjenværende i det forseglede volum, tillater en deformasjon av den plastiske beholder for utligning av det indre og det ytre trykk under temperaturøkningen av varmebehandlingen.
