Abstract

En modullasergyro (10) innbefatter en lasergyro med en digital styreprosessor (100). Den digitale styreproses- ! sor (100) starter opp lasergyroen trygt og hurtig. Mikroprosessoren (100) utfører også prøver av gyroen (10) og avgir et helsesignal. Valgfrie oppstartlngsope- rasjoner kan utføres innbefattende kalibrering av volt pr. modus og systemkonfigurasjon. Forskjellige informasjoner som Innbefatter gyroparametre, lastkom- mandoer, gyrostyrekommandoer, gyrostatuskommandoer og gyrokallbrering og diagnosekommandoer kan tilføres et treghetsnavigasjonssystem (210). En høyspent startkrets (350) har en høyspent startmodul og en høyspent pulsgenerator. Den høyspente startkrets (350) er anbrakt i et hus for modullasergyroen (10). Et direkte digitalt dlrredrev (500) for en dirremotor styrer dlrringen av gyroen for å motvirke innlåsing av laserstrålene. En dirrestrlpper styrer strippingen av dlrresignalet.
