Abstract

Det modulerte optiske sig- nal kodes i en sekvens av elementære informasjonsenheter med en første frek- vens, og trinnet med generering av et andre digitalt, elektrisk signal omfat- ter deteksjon i det omformede signal av et elektrisk signal med en andre frek- vens som er høyere enn den første frek- vens, og gjenkjennelse i det detekterte signal av fasen av et elektrisk signal med den første frekvens ved å sammen- likne en mottatt sekvens av elementære informasjonsenheter med minst en refe- ransesekvens, og verifisere disses over- ensstemmelse ved en forutbestemt betin- gelse.
