Abstract

Anvendelse av 3,7,9,9-tetrasubsti- tuerte 3-fenylsulfonyl-3,7-diaza- bisyklo[3,3,1]nonanforbindelser til fremstilling av antiarytmisk aktive legemidler beskrives, og nye antiaryt- misk aktive 3,7,9,9-tetrasubstituerte forbindelser med den generelle formel la hvor R1 betyr en alkylgruppe med 1- 6 karbonatomer eller en sykloalkyl- alkylgruppe med 4-7 karbonatomer; R2 betyr lavere alkyl, og R3 betyr lavere alkyl; eller R2 og R3 danner til sammen en alkylenkjede med 3-6 karbonatomer; R4' står for cyan, for en R6-0-CO- gruppe, hvor R6 betyr lavere alkyl, for en R7-SO2-NH-gruppe, hvor R7 betyr lavere alkyl, eller for en R8-CO-NH- gruppe, hvor R8 betyr lavere alkyl eller en fenylgruppe, som eventuelt er substituert med halogen, cyan, nitro eller en R9-S02-rest, hvor R9 er lavere alkyl, eller for en imidazolylrest som er plassert i 4-stillingen i fenyl- ringen; og R5 betyr hydrogen eller halogen; og deres fysiologisk aksep- table syreaddisjonssalter, samt frem- gangsmåter og mellomprodukter for deres fremstilling er beskrevet.
