Abstract

Terapeutisk aktive forbindelser med formel I, la eller lb eller et farmasøytisk godtagbart salt derav, hvor X og Y uavhengig er hydrogen, halogen eller alkoksy; R er valgt fra A) alkyl som kan være substituert med hydroksy; fenyl, naftyl, heterocyklyl, fenylalkyl, heterocyklylalkyl, alkenyl, hetero- cyklyl-alkenyl, heterocyklyltioalkyi, cykloalkyl, cykloalkyl- alkyl, (dialkyl)aminoalkyl, alkylkarbonylaminoalkyl; B) eventuelt fluorsubstituert alkoksyalkyl, (dialkoksy)alkyl, alkoksyalkoksy, alkoksyalkoksyalkyl, fenyloksyalkyl, naftyl- oksyalkyl, heterocyklyloksyalkyl, heterocyklylalkoksyalkyl, cykloalkyloksyalkyl, C) alkylamino, fenylamino, naftylamino, heterocyklylamino, fenylalkylamino, naftylalky±amino, heterocyjclylaikylamino, cykloalkylamino, cykloalkylalkylamino, og heterocyklyl; D) alkoksy, cykloalkyloksy, cykloalkylalkoksy, heterocyklyl- oksy, fenylalkoksy, naftylalkoksy og heterocyklylalkoksy; hvor fenyl- og naftyl-delene i (A)-(D) hver kan bære 0-3 substituenter; og hvor heterocyklyl-delene kan bære 0-2 substituenter; R' er valgt fra eventuelt substituert 2-pyrimidinyl, 4- pyrimidinyl, 2-pyridyl, 2-purinyl; og R" er 4-morfolinyl substituert med 0-2 alkylsubstituenter, preparater inneholdende dem og fremgangsmåter for deres frem- stilling. De er egnet til behandling av neuropsykiatriske lidelser.
