Abstract

Nye blodplatederiverte vekst- faktoranaloger. De nye analoger har, når renaturert, i alt vesentlig samme biologiske aktivitet som naturlig fore- kommende PDGF-B109. Fremgangsmåten be- nytter bruk av et stoppkodon i c-sis- genet, eller annen kodende sekvens for et forløperprotein for PDGF-B109, eller analoger av dette, i en posisjon som tilsvarer tilnærmet aminosyre 111 til aminosyre 160. Fremgangsmåten resul- terer i produksjon av relativt store homogene mengder av rekombinant PDGF-B- analoger fra høyekspresjonsvertceller, som f.eks. E. coli. En fremgangsmåte .for produksjon av homogene mengder av disse nye analoger er også beskrevet.
