Abstract

Et pianotangentbelegg med et legeme av syntetisk materiale pigmentert til å ligne naturlig elfenben definerer en spilleoverflate med en tilfeldig orientering av topp/dal-tekstur og et flertall fine porer for å etterligne overflaten på naturlig elfenben. Et antall av porene har diametere i området fra 0,005 til 0,03 mm. Det syntetiske materialet er valgt fra en gruppe bestående av akrylpolymer, polyuretan, epoxy o.l. En fremgangsmåte for å utforme et slikt pianotangentbelegg og et piano med tangentbelegg ifølge oppfinnelsen er også beskrevet.
