Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative sheet soft and full of variety in color tone without reducing sound absorbing performance by a method wherein a fibreboard is provided on a surface thereof with recessed portions having no fluffing as well as protruded portions having fluffings and is pigmented in a degree that the surface is not coated or filled up.
CONSTITUTION: Fluffings of fibers are produced on a surface of a wooden or mineral fibreboard 2 (hereafter referred to as a fibreboard) by a fretting treatment such as sanding or brushing. Next, proper colorant solution of which containing rate of solid content is 30wt% or less is coated in a whole or in a configuration of patterns on the surface of the fibreboard 2 with a coating rate of 60g/m2 in case it is converted into solid content. Successively, protruded portions 3 and recessed portions 4 are formed by pressing an embossing nest plate or roll marked with patterns of proper figures, thereby, recessed and protruded patterns may be developed.
