Description

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en formdel av termoplastisk materiale, ifølge kravinnledningen.
Fra EP 0 253 966 er en formdel av den innledningsvis nevnte type kjent, som for fiksering av de i formdelen innførte rør i aksial retning og for hindring av radial klaring før opprettelse av sveiseforbindelsen, fremviser et innspennings-element som enten er utformet som spennmutter med et konisk klemparti eller som på muffepartiets ytre omkrets anordnet spennebånd. Oppvarmingsanordningens trådende som består av to med hverandre parallelt koplede varmematter, er ført ut av formdelen i enden. Anordningen av en fast innstikksforbindelse på muffens ytre omkrets for å oppnå en hurtig forbindelse med et sveiseapparat er på grunn av innspenningselementets plassbehov ikke mulig eller kun ved forlengelse av formlegemet.
I tillegg er fremstillingen av formdelene meget omstendelig på grunn av innspenningselementets type og oppvarmingsanordningens utforming.
Det er foreliggende oppfinnelses oppgave å frembringe en formdel av den innledningsvis nevnte type hvor en fiksering av det innstilte rør er mulig ved enkle midler for sveisingen, idet anordningen av en innstikksforbindelse for tilkoplingen til oppvarmingsanordningen til sveiseapparatet samtidig muliggjøres uten store konstruktive tiltak.
Oppgaven løses formdelen ifølge oppfinnelsen slik den der definert med de i kravene anførte trekk.
Trekkene ifølge oppfinnelsen muliggjør en enkel utforming av den innspenningsanordning som kreves for fikseringen og klemmingen av det innførte rør før sveisingen, idet det kun foreligger behov for skruer av vanlig handelsvare. I tillegg muliggjør løsningen ifølge oppfinnelsen anordningen av en innstikksforbindelse på muffens ende for tilkoplingen til varmeviklingen, til et sveiseapparat.
Oppfinnelsen er vist i tegningen på grunnlag av utførelseseksempler og beskrives i det etterfølgende, idet figur 1 viser en som muffe utformet formdel i lengdesnitt, figur 2 viser et sideriss av figur 1, med et delsnitt, figur 3 viser et grunnriss av figur 1, og figur 4 viser en utførelsesvariant av en formdel ifølge figur 1.
Figur 1-3 viser en som muffe utformet formdel 1 av termoplastisk materiale for forbindelse av to rør ved sveising ved hjelp av en elektrisk oppvarmingsanordning.
Formdelen 1 har for hvert rør som skal forbindes et sveisemuffeparti 2 med på den indre omkrets anordnet en spiral-formet oppvarmingsanordning 3. Ifølge figur 1 er varmespiralene 3a, 3b anordnet med aksial avstand til hverandre, men forbundet med hverandre med en vikling 3c med større stigning. Oppvarmingsanordningen kan også ha en gjennomgående varmevikling 3. Varmeviklingene 3 består av motstandstråd. Den kan også være utstyrt med et varmebestandig isoleringssjikt. I tillegg kan motstandstråden omfatte en mantling med et termoplastisk materiale som i størst mulig grad tilsvarer formdelens materiale.
Varmeviklingens 3a fremre ende er ved hjelp av en forbindelsesleder 5a forbundet med en på muffeendens ytre omfang anordnet stikkontakt 4a og varmeviklingens 3b bakre ende er med en forbindelsesledning 5b forbundet med en stikkontakt 4b, idet de to stikkontakter 4a, 4b er anordnet på omkretsen ved siden av hverandre og beskyttet ved at de omgis av en vegg 6 tilhørende formdelen 1.
Forbindelsesledningen 5b forløper i formdelens 1 lengderetning, idet varmeviklingene 3a, 3b henholdsvis 3 krysser fortrinnsvis med avstand til disse, i formdelene.
Mellom muffeenden og starten på varmeviklingen 3a, 3b er anordnet et klemparti 7 som kan innspennes radialt mot det innsatte rør ved hjelp av innsnitt 8 og skruer 9. Klempartiet 7 kan være sylindrisk eller også konisk.
I det viste utførelseseksempel er innsnittene 8 utformet som frem til den indre omkrets forløpende slisser 8a, idet de to slisser 8a er anordnet liggende radialt overfor hverandre og skruene 9 er anordnet i rett vinkel til de radiale slisser 8a. Slissene 8a forløper således i et plan i rett vinkel til innspenningsretningen. På begge sider av hver sliss 8a er flenser 10 utformet på den ytre omkrets idet skruen 9 forløper gjennom de gjennomgående hull 11 i den ene flens 10 og er skrudd inn i den andre flens 10. Ved hjelp av skruen 9 frembringes en enkel innspenning av klempartiet 7.
Fortrinnsvis benyttes selvskjærende skruer 9, idet innskruingen i et kjernehull i flensen 10 samtidig frembringer gjenger. Det kan også benyttes gjennomgående skruer med en
mutter.
Ved hjelp av den omtrent 180° ovenforliggende anordning av slissene 8a og flensen 10 på formdelen 1 er på dennes omkrets tilstrekkelig plass for anordningen av innstikksforbindelsen 4a, 4b. De radialt gjennomgående slisser 8a ender i aksial retning med en avstand foran begynnelsen av varmeviklingen 3a, 3b slik at den trykkoppbygging av smeiten som kreves under sveisingen for å oppnå en god sveiseforbindelse også oppnås. Også den mulige anordning av en tynn deformerbar vegg 13 på den indre omkrets ved slissen 8a (se figur 2 til høyre) muliggjør i tillegg en trykkoppbygging av smeiten da det herved hindres en radial uttrenging av smeltet materiale i dette område.
I forlengelsen av slissen 8a er innsnitt 8b anordnet på sveisemuffepartiets 2 ytre omkrets, som avtar i dybde i lengde-retningen og løper konisk ut mot omkretsen. Disse innsnitt muliggjør også en radial deformering av sveisemuffepartiet 2 med innspenningen ved hjelp av skruene 9 slik at klaringen mellom det innførte rør og varmeviklingen 3 nedsettes eller unngås for å oppnå en god sveiseforbindelse.
Formdelen 1 kan i klempartiets 7 område omfatte en veggtykkelse s som er mindre enn veggtykkelsen S i varmeviklingens 3 område, idet eksempelvis veggtykkelsen S kan være dobbelt så stor som veggtykkelsen s. Herved oppnås at klempartiet 7 lett kan spennes ved hjelp av skruene 9 og sveisepartiet har en tilstrekkelig stor veggtykkelse S til at det ikke oppstår en oppmykning av materiale på omkretsen under sveisingen.
I tillegg til den viste fordelaktige anordning av to overfor hverandre liggende slisser 8a kan det også være anordnet kun en sliss med to flenser og en skrue eller også flere enn to slisser med tilsvarende flenser og skruer på muffens ende, langs omkretsen.
Figur 4 viser en formdel la med kun ett sveisemuf f epar-ti 2 og et sylindrisk rørstykke 20 for en muffesveiseforbindelse for direkte forbindelse med et T-stykke eller vinkel.
Formdelen 1 kan også være utformet som T-stykke med tre sveisemuffepartier 2 eller som vinkel, bue eller reduksjonsmuffe med to sveisemuffepartier.
For fiksering av rørene i formdelen kreves ingen ytterligere hjelpemidler som er avhengige av formdelens dimensjo- ner, da det ved bruk av vanlige brukte skruer i innsnittenes henholdsvis slissenes område oppnås en enkel klemming av det innførte rør. Etter gjennomført sveising må ingen hjelpemidler fjernes.

Claims (10)

1. Formdel av termoplastisk materiale med minst ett sveisemuffeparti med en elektrisk varmevikling, for forbindelse av formdelen med en rørformet del, hvor sveisemuffepartiets innstikksende har minst ett innsnitt og en innspenningsanordning for radial forspenning av muf f epartiet, KARAKTERISERT VED at minst en skrue (9) for sammenspenningen er anordnet i innsnittets (8) område, i flenser (10) utformet på muffepartiets (2) ytre omkrets.
2. Formdel ifølge foregående krav, KARAKTERISERT VED at det foreligger to radialt overfor hverandre anordnede innsnitt (8), hvert med to flenser (10) og en skrue (9).
3. Formdel ifølge foregående krav, KARAKTERISERT VED at varmeviklingen (3) er anordnet som spiralvikling i tilslutning til et klemparti (7) på sveisemuffepartiets (2) indre omkrets og at hvert innsnitt (8) er utformet som til den indre omkrets forløpende sliss (8a) og aksialt fra muffens ende til kort før varmeviklingens (3) begynnelse.
4. Formdel ifølge krav 3, KARAKTERISERT VED at slissen (8a) på den indre omkrets har en deformerbar tynn vegg (13).
5. Formdel ifølge krav 3-4, KARAKTERISERT VED at et innsnitt (8b) er anordnet i forlengelse av hver sliss (8a) i varmeviklingens (3) område, på den ytre omkrets.
6. Formdel ifølge krav 3-5, KARAKTERISERT VED at formdelens (1) veggtykkelse (s) i klempartiets (7) område er mindre enn veggtykkelsen (S) i varmeviklingens (3) område.
7. Formdel ifølge foregående krav, KARAKTERISERT VED at to stikkontakter (4a, 4b) er anordnet ved siden av hverandre på en muffeende, langs omkretsen, forsatt i forhold til innsnittet eller innsnittene (8).
8. Formdel ifølge krav 7, KARAKTERISERT VED at en av de to stikkontakter (4a, 4b) er forbundet med varmeviklingens (3, 3b) bakre ende ved hjelp av en forbindelsesledning (5b) som fortrinnsvis krysser varmeviklingen (3, 3a, 3b) med en avstand.
9. Formdel ifølge krav 3-8, KARAKTERISERT VED at klempartiet (7) er sylindrisk.
10. Formdel ifølge krav 3-8, KARAKTERISERT VED at klempartiet (7) er konisk.
