Abstract
Imitert naturlig plantefiber, fremstillingsmetode derav og tekstil fremstilt fra dette er gitt. Fremstillingsmetoden omfatter de følgende trinn: valse og male blandingen av et flertalls første polyolefinchips, konstant termoplastisk elastomer (TPE) og et flertalls mikrokapsler som omkapsler essensiell olje ekstrahert fra naturlige planter i en dobbeltskrue ekstruderingsenhet, og således danner et flertalls masterbatcher; smelting og blanding av de ovenfor beskrevne masterbatcher og et flertalls andre polyolefiner som er identisk med de første, og således danner et komposittmateriale, hvor det endelige innhold av mikrokapsler er 1-32 vekt%; og videre fremstilling av fibere ved spinning, avkjøling, varmestrekking og varmebehandling. Fibere og de fremstilte tekstiler har varig naturlig plantearoma.
