Abstract

Предусматривается создание волокна, имитирующего природное растительное волокно, способ его получения и изготовление ткани из него. Способ изготовления включает следующие этапы: перемешивание и измельчение в двухшнековом экструдере смеси, состоящей из крошки первого полиолефина, стойкого термопластичного эластомера и нескольких микрокапсул, внутри которых содержится эфирное масло, экстрагированное из растительного сырья, для получения нескольких маточных смесей; расплавление и перемешивание маточных смесей и второго полиолефина, аналогичного первому, для получения композитного материала, в котором окончательное содержание микрокапсул составляет 1-32 вес.%; и изготовление волокон путем формирования из расплава, охлаждения, горячей вытяжки и горячей фиксации. Волокно и изготовленная из него ткань обладают стойким природным ароматом растений.
