Claims (2)
- 실리카 에어로겔 수지 50 내지 70 중량%, 폴리프로필렌 35 내지 45 중량% 및 분해활성제인 스테아린 또는 스테아린산 3 내지 5 중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광분해성 일회용 식품용기.
- 주성분인 실리카 에어로겔 수지와 폴리프로필렌 및 스테아린 또는 스테아린산을 혼합기에 투입하여 충분히 혼합하여 줌으로서 균질화하고 섭씨 110도에서 운전되는 제습기에 투입하여 10 내지 12분간 가열하여 수분을 완전히 제거한 후 수분이 제거된 혼합 원료를 섭씨 230도 내지 250도로 운전되는 압출기에 투입하여 얇은 시트 형상을 갖도록 압출한 뒤 프레스 등을 이용하여 용기 모양을 갖도록 압축 성형 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광분해성 일회용 식품 용기의 제조방법.
