Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse presenterer en lysdiffuserende polykarbonatresinplate oppnådd ved koekstrudering av en polykarbonatresinblanding inneholdende et antistatisk middel som en essensiell komponent som et overflatelag på minst én side av basismaterialet omfattende en polykarbonatresinblanding omfattende et lysdiffuserende middel som en essensiell komponent hvori det antistatiske middel i nevnte overflatelag er et organisk sulfonsyrefosfoniumsalt og konsentrasjonen av nevnte antistatiske middel er mer enn 2,0 vektdeler, men ikke mer enn 10 vektdeler per 100 vektdeler av polykarbonatresinet brukt i overflatelaget, og dersom ønsket er polykaprolaktonet 0,01 til 15 vektdeler per 100 vektdeler av polykarbonatresinet brukt i overflatelaget. Det lysdiffuserende polykarbonatresinplaten ifølge foreliggende oppfinnelse har utmerkete antistatiske egenskaper, lysdiffuserende egenskaper og luminans uten negativt å påvirke klarheten til polykarbonatresinet og er ideell for bruk i lysdiffuserende plater spesielt i de som anvendes i LCD utstyr bakgrunnsbelysning.
