Abstract
Et mål er å hindre termisk utmatting, som følge av variasjoner i temperaturgrensesjikt, i rørsystemer med et fluidblandingsområde der fluider med forskjellig temperatur blir blandet. Rørsystemet (1) med et fluidblandingsområde M omfatter et reduksjonsrør (5) med en endeandel (5e) anordnet hovedsaklig på senteraksen til et hovedrør (2). Vann med lav temperatur strømmer gjennom reduksjonsrøret (5) med lavere hastighet enn vann med høy temperatur som strømmer utenfor endeandelen (5e). Lavtemperaturvannet og høytemperaturvannet har forskjellig temperatur. Lavtemperaturvannet og høytemperaturvannet blir blandet i fluidblandingsområdet M nedstrøms reduksjonsrøret (5). Reduksjonsrøret (5) har en sveiselinje (5f) dannet for å koble sammen endeandelen (5e) og en rørkneandel (5d). Avstanden mellom sveiselinjen (5f) og nedstrømsenden (5a) er større enn eller lik den innvendige diameteren D til hovedrøret (2). 1
