Abstract
Et propulsjonsarrangement for et fartøy (1), hvilket propulsjonsarrangement omfatter en forbrenningsmotor (2), et akselarrangement (3) og en styrbar propellenhet (4). Fartøyet (1) omfatter videre en elektrisk generator (51) eller en kombinert elektrisk generator og motor i forbindelse med propulsjonsarrangementet. Akselarrangementet (3) omfatter en hovedaksel (31) som strekker seg fra forbrenningsmotoren (2) til et første vinkelgir (32) og en drivaksel (33) som strekker seg fra det første vinkelgir (32) til et andre vinkelgir (34) i den styrbare propellenhet (4). Den elektriske generator (51) eller den kombinerte elektriske generator og motor er forbundet med drivakselen (33) av akselarrangementet (3) etter hovedakselen (31) og det første vinkelgir (32) forbundet med denne.
