Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører fremgangsmåte for å sammenføye keramiske komponenter, fremgangsmåten er karakterisert ved at komponentene som skal sammenføyes består av sintret uoksidert keramikk. Komponentene bringes i kontakt ved hjelp av en diffusjonssveiseprosess i nærværet av en skjermende gassatmosfære og sammenføyes på en lavdeformasjonsmåte for å danne en monolitt, ved en temperatur på minst 1600?C, fortrinnsvis over 1800?C, spesielt foretrukket over 2000?C, og valgfritt med anvendelse av en last, komponentene som skal sammenføyes gjennomgår en plastisk deformasjon på mindre enn 5%, fortrinnsvis mindre enn 1%, i retningen i den påførte kraft.
