Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen gjelder et polymerpulver som inneholder en kopolymer og anvendelsen av dette pulveret for en formgivende prosess så vel som legemer fremstilt av dette polymerpulveret. D e formgivende prosessene er lagvis arbeidede prosesser, som anvender pulver der områder av det gjeldende pulverlaget blir selektiv påsmeltet gjennom ikke fokusert innføring av elektromagnetisk energi. Selektiviteten kan - uten å ville begrense oppfinnelsen bli oppnådd gjennom maskering, gjennom påførsel av inhibitorer, absorbere, suseptorer. Foretrukket blir pulveret ifølge oppfinnelsen brukt i prosesser, der selektiviteten som blir oppnådd gjennom påførsel av inhibitorer eller suseptorer eller en prosess med maskering. Etter avkjøling kan de stivnede legemer bli tatt ut av pulversengen. De med pulver ifølge oppfinnelsen etter prosessen ifølge oppfinnelsen byggede legemer lar seg variere i forhold til legemer fra pulver etter dagens teknikk med hensyn til byggedelsegenskapene spesielt med de mekaniske og termiske byggedelegenskapene i et vidt område, avhengig av sammensetningen. Spesielt ved amorfe kopolymerer kan flytoppførselen for den formgivende prosessen bli optimalisert gjennom et vellykket utvalg av komonomerer. En videre fordel er at bearbeidingen kan bli forenklet gjennom en vellykket sammensetning av kopolymerene. Fremstillingen er mulig ved en lavere temperatur, som forenkler temperaturkontrollen og som påskynder bearbeidingen. Den langsommere krystallisasjonen av deldkrystalline kopolymerer i sammenligning til krystalline homopolymerer fremmer sammenflytingen av de påsmeltede partiklene og fører til en forbedret svinnoppførsel av legemene.
