Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en rustfri stållegering, nærmere bestemt en dupleks rustfri stållegering med ferritisk-austenittisk matriks og med høy korrosjonsmotstand i kombinasjon med god strukturell stabilitet og varmbearbeidbarhet, spesielt en dupleks rustfri ståltype med et ferrittinnhold på 40 - 65% og en godt balansert sammensetning, som gir materialet korrosjonsegenskaper som gjør det bedre egnet for anvendelse i kloridholdige omgivelser enn det som tidligere har vært funnet mulig. Materialet i henhold til foreliggende oppfinnelse har, på bakgrunn av det høye legeringsinnhold i samme, ekstraordinær god bearbeidbarhet, spesielt varmbearbeidbarhet, og skulle derfor være svært egnet for anvendelse for f.eks. fremstillingen av staver, rørledninger, så som sveisede og ikkesveisede rørledninger, sveiset materiale, konstruksjonsdeler, så som f.eks. flenser og koblinger. Disse formål oppnås i samsvar med foreliggende oppfinnelse med duplekse rustfrie stållegeringer, som inneholder (i vekt%): C mer enn 0 og opptil maks. 0,03%, Si opptil maks. 0,5%, Mn 0-3,0%, Cr 24,0-30,0%, Ni 4,9-10,0%, Mo 3,0-5,0%, N 0,28-0,5%, B 0-0,0030 %, S opptil maks. 0,010%, Co 0-3,5%, W 0-3,0%, Cu 0-2,0%, Ru 0-0,3%, Al 0-0,03%, Ca 0-0,010%, idet resten er Fe sammen med uunngåelige forurensninger.
