Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en rustfri stållegering, nærmere bestemt en dupleks rustfri stållegering med ferritisk-austenittisk matriks og med høy korrosjonsmotstand i kombinasjon med god strukturell stabilitet og varmbearbeidbarhet, spesielt en dupleks rustfri ståltype med et ferrittinnhold på 40 - 65% og en godt balansert sammensetning, som gir materialet korrosjonsegenskaper som gjør det bedre egnet for anvendelse i kloridholdige omgivelser enn det som tidligere har vært funnet mulig. Materialet i henhold til foreliggende oppfinnelse har, på bakgrunn av det høye legeringsinnhold i samme, ekstraordinær god bearbeidbarhet, spesielt varmbearbeidbarhet, og skulle derfor være svært egnet for anvendelse for f.eks. fremstillingen av staver, rørledninger, så som sveisede og ikkesveisede rørledninger, sveiset materiale, konstruksjonsdeler, så som f.eks. flenser og koblinger. The material according to the present invention has, on the basis of the high alloy content in the same, extraordinarily good workability, especially heat workability, and should therefore be very suitable for use for e.g. the manufacture of rods, pipelines, such as welded and non-welded pipelines, welded materials, structural parts, such as e.g. flanges and couplings. These objects are achieved in accordance with the present invention with duplex stainless steel alloys containing (by weight%): C greater than 0 and up to max. 0.03%, Si up to max. 0.5%, Mn 0-3.0%, Cr 24.0-30.0%, Ni 4.9-10.0%, Mo 3.0-5.0%, N 0.28-0, 5%, B 0-0.0030%, S up to max. 0.010%, Co 0-3.5%, W 0-3.0%, Cu 0-2.0%, Ru 0-0.3%, Al 0-0.03%, Ca 0-0.010%, the rest is Fe along with unavoidable pollutants.
