Abstract
En variabel ladningspumpekrets (300) bruker et antall selekterbare laster (322, 326, 330, figurene 5A-5B) til å minimalisere spenningsrippel på den pumpede utgangen (334) idet det velges en passende last for en forhåndsvalgt pumpespenning (Vout). Ladningspumpekretsen sammenligner også pumpespenningen med en referansespenning (Vref) for å stenge den variable ladningspumpekretsen dersom pumpespenningen er større enn referansespenningen. Ladningspumpekretsen sammenligner også maksimal utspenning med referansespenningen for å overvåke hvorvidt maksimal ripp el på utspenningen overstiger referanse-spenningen. Ladningspumpekretsen omfatter ett eller flere trinn (306, 310, 308, 312) som kan motta en tilførselsspenning (Vcc) og generere en eller flere pumpespenninger, et antall laster (322, 326, 330) som hver er knyttet til en bestemt pumpespenning, samt lastselekteringsmidler (320, 324, 328) koblet til utgangspumpen og til antallet laster for å selektere en last tilknyttet en bestemt pumpespenning.
