Abstract

Brenselcelle av faststofftypen og bygget opp med nanoporøse tynnfilmelektroder, særskilt et elektrolyttsjikt mellom to elektrodesjikt og fremstilt ved et elektrolyttsjikt anordnet mellom to elektrodesjikt og fremstilt ved hjelp av en fremgangsmåte som omfatter følgende fremgangsmåtetrinn: (i) tilførsel av elektrolyttpartikler til en silketrykkpasta på et usintret elektrolyttsubstrat, hvoretter den derved fremstilte struktur sintres, og (ii) påføring av et nanoporøst elektrodetynnsjikt ved hjelp av en solgel-fremgangsmåte eller en MOD-fremgangsmåte på den struktur som er fremstilt under punkt (i), og temperaturbehandling av den således pålagte struktur. Brenselcellen har et eventuelt elektrolyttgrensesjikt pålagt det strukturerte silketrykkpålagte elektrolyttsjikt, idet påleggingen er utført ved hjelp av en MOD-prosess.
