Abstract

Det beskrives et matprodukt (10) som omfatter minst to komponenter (14,16) med ulike fuktighets- og/eller fettinnhold og minst en lomme (18, 24) som i det minste delvis omslutter en av komponentene (16), fortrinnsvis en komponent med høy fuktighet og som kjennetegnes ved at den åpne ende (22) av lommen (18) er vrengt tilbake under dannelse av en mansjett og slik at den blottlegges på utsiden av matproduktet (10). Videre beskrives en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et matprodukt som omfatter minst to komponenter med ulike fuktighets- og/eller fettinnhold og minst en lomme som i det minste delvis omslutter en av komponentene, fortrinnsvis en komponent med høy fuktighet, hvor den åpne ende av lommen er vrengt tilbake under dannelse av en mansjett, hvorpå komponenten fylles inn i lommen, og lommen omsluttes av en annen komponent slik at lommen tettes og den åpne ende av lommen blottlegges utenfor matproduktet.
