Claims (2)
- 조미액중의 간장성분에 유래하는 아미노태 질소 함유량 0.08 내지 0.025 중량%로 되도록 간장성분을 포함하며, 또한 염분을 4.8 내지 8.0중량% 함유하는 조미액을 발라서 구운 육류를 포장용기에 밀봉하고, 이어서 레토르트 살균처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레토르트식품의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 육류가 가축육 또는 어육인 레토르트 식품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
