Claims (1)

  1. 절단한 닭을 식염과 후추분, 고추분으로 양념하고 식염와 버터에 볶은 튀김닭과. 감자와 볶은 버섯이 첨가되고 버터에 양파와 밀가루를 볶은 후 육수와 케찹으로 만들어지며 식염과 후추분으로 간하여진 소스와 완두콩을 PP와 EVOH 및 CPP를 라미네이트 적층한 용기에 담고, 용기내의 산소를 불활성기체로 치환하며, 뚜껑을 열밀봉한 후 115c-120c하에 서 1.l㎏/㎝로 5분, 1.3㎏/㎝로 5분, 1.51㎏/㎝로 20-25분간 가압가열하고나서, 냉수로 용기를 냉각시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 트레이포장 후레이즈드 치킨의 제조 방법.
