Claims (1)
- 인삼 잎과 줄기를 세척하고 소독하여 건조한 다음 이를 수증기로 쪄서 건조하고 이를 분쇄하여 볶은후 입과 줄기 분말에 대하여 2배 용량의 물을 가하여 중탕으로 가열시키어 20% 수분의 엑기스를 얻는 제1공정과 인삼 뿌리 엑기스에 제1공정에서 얻은 엑기스를 1:2의 용량 비율로 배합하고 여기에 꿀과 물엿을 첨가하여 배합하는 제2공정의 결합으로 되는 것을 특징으로 한 인삼 시럽의 제법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
