Claims (1)
- 날된장과 발효콩 가루를 중량비 2 : 1로 혼가하여 수분이 12% 이하로 되게 건조한후 체로 처서 득한 분말된장을 알맞게 절단한 무우잎줄기를 소금물에 침지하여 건조한 것에 1 : 3비로 통상의 각종 조미료를 가하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 토장국용 건조시래기의 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
