Description
Framgangsmåte for mating av en rotasjons-faseomformer eller en lineær faseomformer.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en fremgangsmåte ved mating av en rotasjons-faseomformer (resolver eller dreiegiver) eller lineær faseomformer (induktosyn), hvor to statorviklinger tilfores 90° faseforskjovne periodiske vekselspenninger med samme amplitude eller for dreiegiveren tre statorviklinger tilfores 120° faseforskjovne periodiske vekselspenninger med samme amplitude, og hvor faseforskyvningen av rotorviklingens utgangsspenning er avhengig av rotorens stilling i forhold til statoren.
Ved kjente anordninger anvendes til mating av resolvere som er koblet som faseomformere, to sinusformede spenninger som har samme amplitude og er gjensidig forskutt 90°. I resolverens rotor-vikling induseres en sinusspenning med konstant amplitude, hvis faseforskyvning er proporsjonal med resolverrotorens mekaniske drei-ning. Noyaktigheten av faseforskyvningen for resolverrotorens spenning er avhengig av med hvilken noyaktighet forskyvningen av sta-torens matespenninger holdes på 90° og om amplitudene for disse to matespenninger er like. Forvrengningen av matespenningenes sinusformede forlop har likeledes en meget uheldig innvirkning på nøy-aktigheten av resolverspenningens faseforskyvning. I praksis er det meget vanskelig å oppnå en noyaktig faseforskyvning av matespen-ningene på 90°, like amplituder og et ikke forvrengt forlop av de to spenninger. Ved frekvensvariasjon forandrer faseforskyvningen seg og også amplitudene for de to spenninger.
Disse ulemper elimineres ved hjelp av matningsmetoden ifblge oppfinnelsen for en rotasjonsfaseomformer, idet fremgangsmåten ifblge oppfinnelsen består i at statorviklingene tilfores formmessig like spenninger med et rettvinklet eller trekantet forlop, idet den i rotorviklingen induserte spenning tilfores et filter som bare slipper gjennom den harmoniske grunnfrekvens av matespenningen. Den i faseomformerens statorvikling induserte spenning tilfores et filter som bare slipper gjennom den grunnleggende harmoniske frekvens av den ikke sinusformede spenning.
En fordel ved fremgangsmåten ifblge oppfinnelsen for mating av faseomformere sammenlignet med kjente matingsfremgangsmåter med sinusformet spenning er den omstendighet at utgangsspenningens faseforskyvning ved den nye fremgangsmåte er meget mer noyaktig fordi den gjensidige faseforskyvning, formen og amplitudene for ma-tespenningene ved fremgangsmåten ifolge oppfinnelsen kan frembringes meget mer noyaktig med enkle midler. En ytterligere fordel ved fremgangsmåten ifolge oppfinnelsen for mating av faseomformeren er den omstendighet at ved frekvensvariasjon av matespenningen foreligger der hverken forandring av matespenningenes faseforskyvning eller forandringer av disse spenningers amplitudestørrelse, hvilket er vanlig ved mating av faseomformere med sinusformede spenninger.
Prinsippet for losningen ifblge oppfinnelsen anvendt på en resolver er vist på vedlagte tegning, hvor fig. 1 forestiller to rettvinklede matespenninger, fig. 2 er en fremgangsmåte for oppnå-else av disse rettvinklede spenninger, fig. 3 er en resolverkobling og filter, fig. 4 er utgangsspenningen for resolverrotoren og utgangsspenningen for filteret og fig. 5 er et skjematisk koblings-skjema for filteret.
Det består i det vesentlige ingen vanskeligheter med å fremstille to noyaktig 90° forskjbvne rettvinklede spenninger med samme amplitude (fig. 1). To slike spenninger kan f.eks. frembringes ved hjelp av tre bistabile vippekretser 1, 2 og 3 (fig. 2), som er koblet som frekvensdelere, idet vippekretsene 2 og 3 utloses av motsatte utganger av vippekretsen 1. Hvis man tilforer resolverens statorviklinger 4 to slike 90° faseforskjovne spenninger (fig. 3), oppnår vi i rotorviklingen 5 en spenning, hvis faseforskyvning vari-erer i avhengighet av resolverrotorens stilling (fig. 4). Rotorviklingens 5 utgangsspenning på resolveren tilfores filteret 6 som bare slipper gjennom den harmoniske grunnfrekvens.
Faseforskyvningen av filterets sinusformede utgangsspenning er direkte proporsjonal med dreiningen av rotoren i en måle-synkro, og amplituden av denne spenning er konstant (fig. 4)•
Claims (1)
- Fremgangsmåte ved mating av en rotasjons-faseomformer (resolver eller dreiegiver) eller lineær faseomformer (induktosyn)hvor to statorviklinger tilfores 90° faseforskjovne periodiske vekselspenninger med samme amplitude eller for dreiegiveren tre statorviklinger tilfores 120° faseforskjovne periodiske vekselspenninger med samme amplitude, og hvor faseforskyvningen av rotorviklingens utgangsspenning er avhengig av rotorens stilling i forhold til statoren, karakterisert ved at statorviklingene (4) tilfores formmessig like spenninger med et rettvinklet eller trekantet forlop, idet den i rotorviklingen induserte spenning tilfores et filter (6) som bare slipper gjennom den harmoniske grunnfrekvens av matespenningen.
