Claims (6)
- (a) 원소주기표 VIII족의 희금속 카보닐 착화합물이 함유된 촉매 시스템, 메틸 요오다이드 및 촉진제인 알칼리 금속 아세테이트 또는 요오다이드, 또는 4급 오가노포스포늄 또는 오가노암모늄 아세테이트 또는 요오다이드의 존재하, 무수 조건하에, 150 내지 250℃의 온도 및 5 내지 120바(bar)의 압력의 반응존에서, 10 : 1 내지 1 : 10 몰비의 메틴올 및 메틸 아세테이트를 일산화탄소, 또는 일산화탄소와 수소와의 혼합물과 반응시키고, (b) 150 내지 250℃ 온도의 반응존을 빠져나가는 카보닐화 혼합물을 증기-액체 침착존에서 1 내지 3.5바의 압력으로 감압시켜, 휘발 성분의 대부분을 즉시 증발시키고, 액적의 비밀동반(entrainment)을 억제하기 이하여, 미스트(mist) 제거기를 통하여 저-비등 성분들을 제거하기 위한 제1 증류존으로 공급하며, 여전히-휘발성인 성분의 대부분을 0.05 내지 1바의 압력 및 50 내지 170℃의 바닥온도의 분리존에서 증기-액체침착존 및 미스트 제거기에서 생성된 액체 흐름으로부터 증류시키고, 이와 유사하게 제1 증류존에 공급한 후, 바닥 생성물로서 잔류하는 촉매 용액을 반응존으로 피이드백 시키고, (c) 휘발성 카보닐화 생성물을 제1 증류존에서 대기압하에 분별 증류시켜 주로 메틸 요오다이드 및 메틸 아세테이트를 함유하는 저-비등 성분으로 분류시킨 후, 반응존으로 피이드백시키고, 바닥 생성물로서 아세트산 및 아세트산 무수물을 수득하며, (d) 소량의 요오드-함유 성분을 제거시키기 위하여, 아세트산 및 아세트산 무수물의 혼합물을 은염이 함유된 담체상으로 통과시키나 과산화아세트산으로 처리하고, 제2 증류존 및 제3 증류존에서 분별 증류시켜 순수 성분들(아세트산 및 아세트산 무수물)로 분류시킴을 특징으로하여, 메탄올 및 메틸 아세테이트를 일산화탄소와 반응시켜 아세트산 및 아세트산 무수물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 증류존에서 분별 증류시키는 동안, 주로 CO2, CO, CH4및 N2를 함유하는 폐가스를 컬럼의 헤드에서 빼내고, 출발물질들(메탄올 및 메틸 아세테이트)의 전체량으로 세척하여 잔류하는 메틸요오다이드로부터 유리시킨 후, 연소시키고, 메탄올 및 메틸 아세테이트의 혼합물을 반응존으로 공급하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 촉매시스템이 추가의 촉진제로서 원소주기율표 IV 내지 VIII족의 카보닐-형성비-희금속의 화합물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발 물질 메틸 아세테이트가 디메틸 에테르에 의해 완전히 또는 부분적으로 대체되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 : (2 내지 100) : (10 내지 300) : (10 내지 1000) 몰비의 희금속 : 촉진제 : 메틸 요오다이드 : 메틸 아세테이트가 반응존에 공급되는 전체 흐름에서 0.005 내지 0.05몰/1의 희금속 농도로 유지되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응존을 출발하는 카보닐화 혼합물을 연속한 반응기를 통해 150 내지 250℃에서 0.5 내지 15분의 정체시간으로 유동시켜 용해된 일산화탄소를 전환시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
