Description
Sammenklappbar pakkasse.
Oppfinnelsen angår en sammenklappbar pakkasse av trådnett, med fire sider, lokk og bunn, hvor sidene er innbyrdes sammenhengslet slik at de kan klappes parvis mot hverandre, og hvor lokk og bunn er hengslet til henholdsvis toppkant og bunnkant av hver sin side og kan klappes inntil de respektive sider. Kjente pakkasser av denne art har den ulempe at det vil oppstå innbyrdes overlapping av bunn og lokk etter sammenklappingen eller at tykkelsen av den sammenklappede kasse blir ujevn eller får avtrapp-ninger.
Dette kan ifcJlge oppfinnelsen unngås ved at kassens sider, bunn og lokk gjbres kvadratiske, men for at lokk og bunn skal kunne svinges om på samme side og kassens tykkelse i sammenklappet stilling bli helt jevn, er det videre nodvendig at bunn og lokk er hengslet til henholdsvis topp- og bunntråd til to hosliggende kassesider. Ved en slik anordning vil bunn og lokk ved sammenklappingen kunne svinges om på samme side, og blir liggende side om side. Anordningen ifblge oppfinnelsen karakteriseres ved de i patent-kravet anfbrte trekk.
Et utfbrelseseksempel av anordningen er vist på tegningene, hvor fig. 1 viser kassen i bruksstilling, sett ovenfra, fig. 2 kassen sett fra den ene side, mens fig. 3 viser kassen delvis sammenklappet, sett ovenfra, med lokket utsvingt og delvis klaffet mot kasseveggen og bunnen klappet helt inn mot kasseveggen.
Pakkassen består av fire trådnettvegger 1 til h, et lokk 5 og en bunn 6 begge av trådnett.
De fire kassevegger 1-<*>+ er innbyrdes sammenhengslet slik at de kan klappes parvis sammen mot hverandre, og lokket 5 og bunnen 6 er hengslet til henholdsvis toppkant og bunnkant av hver sin side, så de kan klappes inntil de respektive sider. ;Kassesidene 1-<*>+ er sammenhengslet med lukkede kroker, og lokket 5 og bunnen 6 er på den ene side sammenhengslet med lukkede kroker 7 mens både lokkets og bunnens tre andre sidekanter forbindes med henholdsvis en topptråd og en bunntråd ved lett inn- og uthukbare kroker 8. Veggtrådenes elestisitet letter også inn- og uthukningen av krokene 8.
Ved sammenklapping av kassen lbsnes forst krokene 8 på to motstå-ende sider og deretter på den tredje side. Lokk 5 og bunn 6 svinges så ut, og kassesidene 1- h- klappes så sammen parvis så de sammenklappede kassesider blir liggende omtrent i samme plan og får en lengde lik to kassesider. Alle kassesider og lokket 5 og bunnen 6 er kvadratiske og lokk og bunn er hengslet til hosliggende sider. Etter sammenklappingen blir da lokk 5 og.bunn 6 liggende side om side, og kassen med lokk og bunn får jevn tykkelse i sammenklappet stilling.

- Sammenklappbar pakkasse av trådnett, med fire sider il- h), lokk (?) og bunn (6), hvor sidene er innbyrdes sammenhengslet slik at de kan klappes parvis mot hverandre, og hvor lokk og bunn er hengslet til henholdsvis toppkant og bunnkant av hver sin side og kan klappes inntil de respektive sider, karakterisert vedat kassens sider , lokk (5) og bunn (6) er kvadratiske, og at lokk og bunn er hengslet til hosliggende sider, slik at lokk og bunn etter sammenklapping blir liggende side om side.
