(SUBJECT) GENERATED ENERGY IS TO BE INCREASED WHILE MAINTAINING THE ENGINE REVOLUTION STABLE IN A LOW REVOLUTION REGION.[SOLUTION] THE NUMBER OF REVOLUTIONS OF A ROTOR IS DETECTED BY AN ENGINE SPEED DECISION UNIT (48), AND WHEN THE ENGINE SPEED IS IN A LOW REVOLUTION REGION,A RETARD ENERGIZING CONTROL IS MADE FOR A RECTIFIER (4) BY A DRIVER (46) TO INCREASE A FIELD FLUX AND THEREBY INCREASE THE GENERATED ENERGY. IN RESPONSE TO A CHANGE IN POLARITY IN MAGNETIC POLES DETECTED BY ROTOR ANGLE SENSORS (29) THE DRIVER (46) READS OUT A RETARD QUANTITY STORED IN A RETARD QUANTITY SETTING UNIT (49) AND RETARD-ENERGIZES STATOR WINDINGS. A GENERATOR (1) OUTPUT VOLTAGE IS CONTROLLED SO AS TO BE BETWEEN A VOLTAGE CONTROL VALUE VMAX WHICH IS LOWER THAN A REGULATING VOLTAGE OF A REGULATOR (5) AND A VOLTAGE CONTROL VALUE VMIN.(FIG 1)
