Abstract
0La invencion describe un proceso para la preparacion de un sistema de administracion granular particularmente util para la liberacion controlada de ingredientes saborizantes o perfumantes, este proceso comprende los pasos de formar una emulsion concentrada y muy viscosa del compuesto activo que se va a encapsular, mezclar este ultimo con un polimero hidrofilo en un extrusor y conformarlo en un solido granular que fluye libremente a temperaturas normales de almacenamiento. El proceso de la invencion es particularmente apropiado para la encapsulacion de moleculas volatiles ya que evita cualquier paso de deshidratacion previo o posterior a la extrusion.
