Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM SISTEMA DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE INGREDIENTE OU COMPOSIçãO HIDRóFOBA GRANULAR, E, SISTEMA DE DISTRIBUIçãO GRANULAR". A invenção descreve um processo para a preparação de um sistema de distribuição granular especialmente útil para a liberação controlada de ingredientes de flavor ou perfume, cujo processo compreende as etapas de formação de uma emulsão concentrada, altamente viscosa, do composto ativo a ser encapsulado, a mistura do último com um polímero hidrófilo em um extrusor e a formatação do mesmo em um sólido granular de livre escoamento nas temperaturas de armazenamento usuais. O processo da invenção é especialmente apropriado para o encapsulamento de moléculas voláteis por que ele evita qualquer etapa de desidratação antes ou após a extrusão.
