Description
本発明は封入の分野に関する。本発明は特に、活性疎水性成分、例えばフレーバー又は芳香成分又は組成物を封入する押出し成形製品の改善された製造法に関する。本発明の方法は、有利に、押出し成形前又は後の全ての脱水工程を回避し、従って、全体的な処理の間及び最終製品におけるそのような活性成分の残率を改善する。
このように本発明は、意想外にも、押出し成形の前にも後にも脱水工程を必要としない方法に関する。特に、我々は、濃縮された高粘性液体水中油型エマルションを用いて処理を開始し、かつ、これを適当なポリマーとブレンドすることにより該方法を確立することができ、これは、高い活性負荷を有し、かつ、押出し成形の後のいかなる乾燥又は脱水工程をも回避し、かつ通常の貯蔵温度で、即ち約10〜30℃で変化する温度で易流動性ガラス状粒子を良好に得るのに十分な、押出し成形工程後のガラス転移温度Tgを有する押出し成形製品を提供することができる。
図1は三成分状態図であり、その際、塗りつぶされた領域は、出発エマルション中での活性疎水性成分(O)(フレーバリング又は賦香成分又は組成物)、担体(C)及び水(W)の割合を表す。実際には、塗りつぶされた領域は、エマルションの合計質量に対して、油分30質量%〜70質量%、水15質量%〜35質量%及び担体15質量%〜35質量%の割合で決定される。
実施例1〜4
本発明の方法による顆粒状フレーバー送達系の製造
以下の成分から成る水中油型エマルションを製造した:

エマルションを歯車ポンプを用いて押出機中に注入し、種々の分子量のマルトデキストリンとブレンドし、以下の第1表に示したような4つの異なる試験体とした。4つの実験において、出発エマルションは最終的な押出し成形製品の17質量%に相当し、マルトデキストリンは最終製品の83質量%に相当していた。
本発明の方法による顆粒状香料送達系の製造
以下の成分から成る水中油型エマルションを製造した:

出発エマルションは最終押出し成形製品の19質量%に相当していた。ブレンドを2mmのダイを用いて押出し成形し、回転式カッターを用いてダイ前面で造粒した。

Claims (10)
- 顆粒状疎水性成分又は組成物送達系の製造法において、前記製造法は以下:
a)疎水性成分又は組成物を担体の水溶液中に分散させることによって、疎水性成分又は組成物30質量%〜70質量%、水15質量%〜35質量%及び担体15質量%〜35質量%から成る濃縮された高粘性水中油型エマルションを製造すること;
b)前記の高粘性エマルションを親水性ポリマーと共に押出すことにより連続的にブレンドし、かつ、得られたブレンドを予め決定されたサイズの少なくとも1つのダイ穴を通過させて押出し成形し、顆粒状の疎水性成分又は組成物送達系を得ること;
を含み、
前記の方法は、工程a)で製造されたエマルションが、エマルションの合計質量に対して少なくとも15質量%の乳化剤を含有し、かつ疎水性成分又は組成物が、30[MPa] 1/2 未満のヒルデブランド溶解度パラメータδにより特徴付けられるフレーバリング又は賦香成分又は組成物であることを特徴とする、顆粒状疎水性成分又は組成物送達系の製造法。 - 担体が乳化剤から成る、請求項1記載の方法。
- 担体が水溶性モノマー、オリゴマー又はポリマーと混合された乳化剤を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 乳化剤が水溶性ポリマーである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水溶性ポリマーが、アラビアゴム、ゼラチン及びオクテニルコハク酸デンプン水解物から成る群から選択されている、請求項4記載の方法。
- 親水性ポリマーが、20[MPa]1/2を上回るヒルデブランド溶解度パラメータδにより特徴付けられる熱可塑性ポリマーである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 工程b)の最後にもたらされた押出し成形されたブレンドを、このブレンドがダイ穴から退出する際に直接細断する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 工程a)で製造されたエマルションが、Tが10〜30℃から成る貯蔵温度である場合に差(T−Tg)が正であるが但し100℃未満であるようなガラス転移温度Tgを有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 差(T−Tg)が正であるが但し50℃未満である、請求項8記載の方法。
- 水中油型エマルションが103cPを上回る粘度を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
