Abstract

Se ingresan en un aparato para el mantenimiento de una planta los datos sobre las historias de la inspeccion, el diagnostico, la reparacion y la historia de la operacion para el equipo que constituye una planta que se va a mantener. La interrupcion del ramal en caso de falla se realiza en las fallas que se esperan para el equipo. Se predice la no confiabilidad de al menos un articulo de arranque en la interrupcion del ramal en caso de falla. La no confiabilidad de cada articulo en el ramal en caso de falla, se calcula con base en la funcion de no confiabilidad de falla. La no confiabilidad y un costo de recuperacion de cada evento de falla en el ramal en caso de falla se multiplican y los resultados de la multiplicacion se acumulan de acuerdo con la interrupcion del ramal, obteniendo asi un costo de recuperacion. Los gastos de mantenimiento preventivo se calculan para evitar los eventos de falla. El tiempo y la tecnica de mantenimiento se deciden a traves de la comparacion entre los costos de recuperacion y los gastos de mantenimiento preventivo. En lugar de la interrupcion del ramal en caso de falla, se puede realizar la interrupcion del ramal en caso de declinacion o deterioro de la funcion de operacion y de la eficiencia, sobre los factores de declinacion de la funcion de la operacion y de la eficiencia, que se esperan para el equipo. Se predice en este caso la no confiabilidad de al menos un articulo de arranque en la interrupcion del ramal en caso de declinacion o deterioro de la funcion de la operacion y de la eficiencia. La no confiabilidad de cada articulo en la interrupcion del ramal en caso de declinacion de la funcion de la operacion y la eficiencia, se calcula con base en la funcion de no confiabilidad en la falla. Ademas se calcula la declinacion de la funcion de la operacion y de la eficiencia que se espera del calculo basado en la funcion de no confiabilidad de la falla. La no confiabilidad y la perdida monetaria debido a la declinacion de la funcion de la operacion y de la eficiencia y un costo de recuperacion de la declinacion se multiplican, y los resultados de la multiplicacion se acumulan de acuerdo con la interrupcion del ramal en caso de declinacion de la funcion de la operacion y de la eficiencia. Se calculan los gastos de mantenimiento preventivo para prevenir la declinacion o deterioro de la funcion de la operacion y de la eficiencia.
