Abstract
Iso-a-acidos e iso-a-acidos reducidos en su estado de acidos libres son convertidos en resinas moviles mediante la adicion de soluciones concentradas de hidroxidos metalicos alcalinos. Los productos pueden ser utilizados en cerveceria para el amargor de la cerveza y son mas efectivamente utilizados en un aparato que mezcla automaticamente el producto con agua e inyecta la solucion acuosa resultante dentro de la cerveza.
