Abstract

La invencion se refiere a proteinas nuevas que corresponden a glicosil hidrolasas de las familias 7 y 10 de Chrysosporium, que muestran una identidad minima de aminoacidos de 70 y 75% respectivamente, con la secuencia de aminoacidos de las SEQ ID NO: 2 y 4, y a una proteina que corresponde a una gliceraldehido fosfato deshidrogenasa de Chrysosporium, que exhibe por lo menos 86% de identidad de aminoacidos con la secuencia parcial de aminoacidos de SEQ ID NO: 6. La invencion ademas se refiere a secuencias de acido nucleico que codifican para estas proteinas y especialmente a secuencias promotoras que regulan la expresion de los genes correspondientes. El hospedero preferido para expresar estos genes es un hongo, especialmente una cepa de Chrysosporium.
