Abstract

A találmány tárgyát képezik új, fonalas gombákból, pontosabbanChrysosporium nemzetséghez tartozó törzsekből származó enzimek,konkrétan: (1) 7. családba tartozó glikozil hidroláz (cellobio-hidroláz, CBHl), amely legalább 75%-ban azonos a 2. azonosítószámúaminosav-szekvenciával; (2) 10. családba tartozó glikozil hidroláz(endoxilanáz, XYLl), amely legalább 70%-ban azonos a 4. azonosítószámúaminosavszekvenciával; és (3) glicerinaldehid-foszfát dehidrogenáz(GPDl), amely legalább 86%-ban azonos a 6. azonosítószámúaminosavszekvenciával.
