Abstract

La invencion se relaciona con el uso de los llamados estercuats como auxiliares en la flotacion de menas sin sulfuro. Se ha encontrado que los productos de esterificacion cuaternizados de las mono-, di- o trialcanolaminas con ácidos carboxílicos alifáticos conocidos como estercuats, por una parte muestran buenas propiedades de coleccionador, particularmente en la flotacion de silicatos, y por otra parte garantizan degradabilidad biologica excelente tanto bajo condiciones aerobicas como condiciones anaerobicas.
