Abstract

Se presenta un material de vellon de hilar o hilado que consiste de filamentos de monocomponente y bicomponentes y contienen en el curso de su seccion transversal diferentes cantidades de filamentos bicomponentes. Estos contienen cuando menos dos segmentos que apuntan hacia afuera del material hecho de los componentes enlazantes. En el curso de la seccion transversal del material de vellon de hilar puede el contenido de los filamentos bicomponentes variar de 1 al 100%. Las diferentes fracciones de filamentos que presentan los planos de seccion transversal del vellon se transforman paulatinamente sin fronteras de fase reconocibles. El dispositivo para la fabricacion del vellon de hilar o hilado contiene de 1 a 40 placas (3) de boquilla o tobera de hilar o discos (4) de hilar redondeados, que se encuentran en filar o en un arreglo escalonado sobre una banda de captura (7) que se mueve linealmente. Los agujeros de hilar (5), (6) en las placas de hilar o en los discos de hilar son adecuados para producir respectivamente un monofilamento o un filamento bicomponente desde el fundido respectivo, y visto en la direccion de marcha de la banda de captura (7), en su totalidad dispuestos entre si correspondiendo a la estructura de corte transversal de las diferentes clases de filamentos en el vellon.
