Abstract

Para alcanzar una alta densidad, se usan fondos más pequeños a inclinaciones de pista más pequeños en la (s) capa(s) capa(s) de alta densidad. Para alcanzar un objetivo de rastreo pequeño, la capa de alta densidad es colocada más cerca del lado de la entrada del rayo láser en el substrato. Esto permite una apertura numérica más alta del lente de enfoque, y por lo tanto, un objetivo más pequeño.
