Abstract

Se describe un método de impresion de pantalla optimizado para una impresion de pantalla de compuestos viscosos de alta densidad, tales como una soldadura conductiva, para la impresion de circuitos electronicos. El aparato emplea un componente de accionamiento de enlace, su movimiento adicionalmente sirve para bombear al material de impresion a la cámara de impresion. Además, los miembros de la placa movible están dispuestos entre las cuchillas de impresion para realizar la limpieza, agitacion del material de impresion, así como para permitir que actuen selectivamente como cuchillas de impresion y para suministrar el material de impresion desde una cámara dentro de la estructura de escobillas encerrada a cada placa de una pluralidad de placas paralelas que actuan como cuchillas de escobillas. Además, otra configuracion proporciona una porcion de cuchilla convexa formada de una combinacion de la memoria de configuracion o lo similar, que puede ser retractada para permitir que la porcion de cuchilla de calibre angosto efectue la impresion de multiples pasos y lo similar.
