Abstract
Las dibenz[b,f]oxepinas sustituidas por base, de la formula I: (Ver Formula) en donde alq es un radical alifático divalente, R es un grupo amino que está insustituido o mono- o di-sustituido por radicales alifáticos y/o aralifáticos monovalentes, o disustituido por radicales alifáticos divalentes, y R1, R2, R3, y R4 son cada uno, independientemente de los otros, hidrogeno, alquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior, halogeno, o trifluorometilo, y las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de las mismas, se pueden utilizar como ingredientes activos antineurodegenerativos de medicamentos. La invencion se refiere también a compuestos novedosos de la formula I.
